Meet LeShea Perkins
Director of Junior Assembly – York County

LeShea Perkins is the dedicated Director of Junior Assembly in York County and a passionate Manners and Etiquette Teacher committed to helping children grow into confident, respectful, and socially aware individuals.

With a warm and engaging approach, Mrs. Perkins teaches essential life skills—including polite conversation, table manners, respectful behavior, and digital etiquette—designed to empower children both in and out of the classroom. Through thoughtfully crafted lessons and interactive activities, she creates a fun environment where children learn the importance of kindness, consideration, and courtesy.

When she’s not leading the Junior Assembly program, Mrs. Perkins is cheering on her two high school daughters in their sports activities and enjoying life in Lake Wylie, where she has lived for the past six years. She also owns and operates Lake Wylie Junior Assembly (LWJA), proudly partnered with the long-standing Gaston County Junior Assembly of 35 years.

Mrs. Perkins is thrilled to expand this program to Fort Mill and Tega Cay, with plans to begin classes this September. Registration will open in the coming weeks.
