Instilling Confidence in Future Leaders

York County Junior Assembly is a longstanding tradition dedicated to teaching social grace, dance etiquette, and self-confidence to students in the fourth through eighth grades. Through structured instruction, formal events, and a focus on respect and courtesy, students learn the timeless values of poise, consideration for others, and appropriate social behavior in a fun, age-appropriate setting.

Serving the communities of Lake Wylie, Fort Mill, Clover, Tega Cay, and York, Junior Assembly provides a unique opportunity for young people to grow socially while making lasting friendships and gaining essential life skills.

Our mission is simple: to help students move through the world with confidence, kindness, and class.

Our Program

We are a manners and etiquette program serving students in grades four through eight. From September through April, we host monthly events that focus on a new topic each session—from the power of politeness and confident communication to table setting, appropriate dining behavior, and partner dancing.

All events are hosted on Friday or Saturday evenings.

York County Junior Assembly offers a structured, age-appropriate program designed to help students in grades 4 through 8 develop confidence, manners, and social poise.
